HR Manager/HR Advisor  (1 post)

Do you want to be part of a collaborative and effective HR/Admin/Finance team? Are you looking to support a HR function in the Education sector? Are you looking for work/life balance where you can operate in a rewarding professional role yet take the majority of school holidays off?
At BGGS we are a warm, welcoming and diverse team, looking for someone to join our support function working in HR; in a school where no 2 days are the same and you will be truly contributing to the enrichment of the lives of the children we serve.

We will consider appointing at either of the below 2 grades in order to achieve the best fit for our school:

1. HR Manager - Grade 4 (£27,741 - £34,728)*
2. HR Advisor - Grade 3 (£20,903 - £27,041)*

Either role is Term Time Only + 5 days (40 weeks per year), permanent, with an immediate start.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous HR experience, ideally within an education environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a “can-do” attitude
  • An ability to work within a team and independently
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT Skills, including excel and word
  • A desire to learn, progress, or complete their CIPD qualifications if not already under-way or completed (completed if applying for Manager role)
