Christmas Visit - Planes, Trains & Automobiles!

On Thursday 7th Dec the intrepid HRB students set off for Stratford-Upon-Avon for their annual Christmas lunch and theatre visit.

Firstly, we wrapped up warm, prepared for all weather and walked from school to Small Heath Station. From here, students boarded the train to Stratford enjoying the countryside views along the way.

Once we arrived, we walked through the beautiful Christmas markets to Pizza Express. Students ordered from the menu and enjoyed pizza, dessert and a bambachino!

The next part of the adventure was a theatre visit to the RSC to see 'Box of Delights'. It was amazing to see all the statues of William Shakespeare, there was even a Lego portrait of him. In the show, the costumes and special effects were incredible.

Weary, we made our way back to BGGS where taxis and parents were waiting to take the students safely home to tell their families about their adventure.
